A little late to the party, but I want to be here too..
EDIT: I just realised that mine is different. Mine here is a Rhombitruncated Icosidodecahedron, correct?

Here are both models. They are Stewart's toroids.
I have made the first one too a year or two ago.
It took me many attempts before realizing that a core could be made to support the rest.
