The trick for the perfect focus is that you must focus the model with lights on, and then, choose a 10 secons delayed shoot. That's when you turn the light off. The focus has been done with light, so no more problems with it, and the shoot with them off.
And for the long exposure, yes. The shoot was a 15 seconds exposure and f3.5.
The correct exposure time is adjusted after a few shoots, and it depends on how many glow rods are attached to iluminate the rest of non-glow ones.
